Shooting Time & Number of Images
Mini sessions – 15 to 20 minutes and 20 edited images
Standard sessions – 30 to 45 minutes and 40 edited images
Extended sessions – 60 to 90 minutes and 60 edited images
Weddings – 200+ edited images. Number of images vary on wedding coverage.
Retainer Deposits
A 40% retainer deposit is required for a photoshoot, event or wedding. Deposits are non-refundable. This deposit blocks an agreed upon time and day for a photoshoot, event or wedding to other potential clients. The remaining balance will be due the day of the shoot. For weddings, the remaining balance is due 1-3 weeks before the wedding day. Please note; the contract for our photoshoot, event or wedding must be signed as well in order to officially book.
Forms of Payment
In the process of booking a photoshoot, I will email you an invoice where you can pay the deposit, additional fees, taxes and the remaining balance. This is the easiest and preferred form of payment. You will be able to pay by debit or credit card and avoids transaction fees.
Gallery Turnaround Times
The turnaround time for mini, standard or extended photoshoot galleries are from one to four weeks.
For wedding galleries, the turnaround time is four to seven weeks.
Rescheduling
In the event where a photoshoot needs to be rescheduled, a 24–72-hour notice is required to avoid any additional fees.
In order to apply the deposit that will be paid when booking, the photoshoot will need to be rescheduled within 3 days. This does not mean the photoshoot has to happen within that week, it just needs to be rescheduled to another date. If the photoshoot is not rescheduled within a week, you must pay a new deposit.
Late/No Shows – the time of a photoshoot begins at the agreed start time and will end at the agreed end time. No shows/Same day rescheduling will have to pay the full remaining balance in order to reschedule.
Raw/Unedited Images
Raw and unedited images will not be released to the client. It is stated in our contract as part of our agreement for services.
Gallery delivery
Galleries will be delivered via online gallery through pixieset. This will be sent to your email where you can download the images to either your phone or computer.
Outfits & Locations
- outfit guide - I always recommend solid colors and neutrals such as; black, white, grey, beige, brown, etc and darker colors such as; maroon, burgundy, rust, mustard, forest green, navy blue, etc. Please avoid patterns and bright/neon colors.
- location suggestions - I’m happy to send a list of location options for photoshoots. I also will send a google pin to where we will be meeting.
